When you select the coaches name under your School Users & Staff section you will click on the 'Team Permissions' tab to the right. Find the team that your are assigning the coach to and select the team permissions you want the coach to have. Once done selecting the team permissions make sure you click 'Save' at the bottom. Once that is done the coach will be assigned/linked to that team. Just make sure that if it is a coach you select 'Head Coach' or 'Assistant Coach' along with any other permissions you what them to have.
If the user you are trying to add does not have a C2C account (username & password), the user has not created a C2C account yet. They will need to go to http://www.c2cschools.com and click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner. Fill out all the information and click "Register".
Once the user has created a C2C account please follow the steps below to add them to your "School Users & Staff" section.
Select your school
Select "Users & Staff"
Select "School Users & Staff"
Search for the user by either First Name, Last Name, or Username. Username is the best way to search.
Click on the user’s name that you are wanting to add.
Check all Team Permissions and/or School Permissions you want to assign to this user and click “save” at the bottom.
Once on the main C2C landing page click in the "Find Schools, Teams, and Organizations" box.
Start typing in the schools name you are looking for. Select the school you are looking for from the list of search results.
Once the schools site opens click on Sports/Activities, select the sport, and click on the 'Schedule' tab.
Click on the alert icon (yellow alert icon with an “!” in it) at the top right of your screen. Click on the “Contracts” tab. Click “Details” for the game proposal you want to view. Here you can “Accept” or “Reject” the proposal. Thanks,
