Add A Venue

Interface Notes:

A venue represents a building, field, arena, or any other place where events at your school will take place. There are many benefits to entering each of your venues. C2C will not prohibit but will warn you of double booking a venue and provide parents and fans driving directions for competitions and events.



Most of you will have a blank list of venues so your first step will be to add in your school venues. Sometimes schools will use other school's venues. For example, School A may host Swim meets at School B’s pool. In that case, School A must list School B’s swimming pool as one of their venues.

Interface Breakdown:

Step 1: Basic Information

Enter basic information about the desired venue here. The system will perform a search of existing records within the database. If the system finds a possible match, it will return them in a list in Step 2. If no match is found, the system will automatically take you to Step 3.

Step 2: Check the List

Find existing venues listed here. If your venue is already listed, there is no need to re-create it. Simply click the venue to add it to your list. Otherwise, click 'Next' to proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Enter Complete Information

Enter complete venue information here and click 'Finish' to create the venue and add it to your list.

From the Manage Venues interface, click the 'New' button in the bottom right-hand portion of the window.
