Interface Overview

The filing system is where you will store documents submitted by members will be stored and organized. Filing cabinets can be easily customized to suit your specific needs.

Interface Breakdown

The first thing you see when you access this interface.

System defaults will be displayed in 'blue'.


Adding Cabinets

Every group is provided a default 'System' cabinet with three (3) drawers; Incoming, Lost and Found, and Unfiled Documents. You can create additional cabinets, or customize the system cabinet to fit your needs by adding and customizing cabinet drawers.

Adding Drawers

First, select an existing cabinet to access the 'edit cabinet' portion of the interface. Select the 'Open Cabinet' option to access the cabinet's drawers.

Select the 'Add Drawer' option to add a new cabinet drawer.

Enter a new drawer name in the popup window and select 'OK' to add the drawer.

Just like a physical file cabinet, select or (open) a drawer to view the folders and documents within. Create, organize, view, print, and delete documents here.

Be sure that a folder is empty before you delete it. All documents contained in the folder will be deleted.
