recruiting exam results not the same as what is showing in c2c

One of our coaches passed the 16-17 recruiting exam with a 100% score yet he shows up as failed in c2c....help?

Ask which username they took it under. You may have the incorrect username attched to your school.

I took the exam last weekend. Still haven't received a score. Help???

still cant figure out how to navigate site to find recruiting video and exam

If you don't have an alert for your certification exam or if you have accidentally deleted your alert please follow these instructions:

Menu >> Account & personal >> Your Exams

Then Click on "Find Exam"

Click on Policy on Recruitment and then click the accept button at the bottom (button will show once you click on the policy on recruitment line).

Highlight the exam and click “Take Selected”

On the next screen Click "Start" at the bottom right hand corner.

yesterday I start take the 36,37,38 recruiting policy when I'm in the part 7 the computer freezing and now can't continue.What suppose that I do?

Please go to Menu, Account & Personal, and Your Exams to view the status of your previous test. If you need to take the test again, you can from here.

Please note:

It appears as if some users are having trouble with exams, and this has to do with Windows 10 Edge Browser.

Around Section 4, Edge crashes (without notice) and reloads the page. This is out of our hands, as it is Microsoft's new browser that is "Faulting".

If any users are using the Edge browser and experiencing issues, I would suggest they try again with Chrome or FireFox.

I am using Chrome, the recruiting exam froze up twice at section 6 and does not load the "source" something or other. Do I keep retaking it and hope it unglitches???

You should try to use another computer. We have had several thousand completions and we are finding that some computers internet sometimes get caught between the sections.
