Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I purchase a subscription right now?

Absolutely, the service subscription ordering system for Florida is online and ready, you can order, securely, here: https://www.c2cschools.com/florida.html

Q: How much does a subscription cost?

Florida Schools can purchase the "Florida Unlimited" package for the 2016-17 school year for $550.00 USD.

Prices for 2017-18 and beyond have not yet been finalized, but they will be comparable and based on feedback we receive from schools.

We'll release the 2017-18 prices as quickly as we can, which will, definitely, be months before the end of this school year.

Q: Can I pay for my subscription with a check?

Yes, you can mail in a check to our office and once the check is received and processed, your invoice will be marked as paid.

Q: How can I print an invoice for my accounting dept?

There are three ways to view/print an invoice. From the Invoice Email Notification or Invoice Alert, click on the 'Download PDF' link.
You can also view the invoice by going to Menu>your school>Financial Management>Account Summary>click on the 'Details' link>Print

Q: How much time do FHSAA member schools have to purchase a subscription?

In order to avoid any loss of service, schools who recently lost FHSAA subsidy must either subscribe, directly, or (at least) notify C2C of their intent to subscribe by December 9th, 2016.

Anyone who notifies us of their intent to subscribe will be given until, at least, December 16th to remit payment.

We're also open to discussing other terms for Schools who need them.

Accounts may be disabled as early as December 9th for schools that do not have a subscription in place and have not contacted C2C with their intent or request for special terms.

Q: Will C2C delete the data for schools who lose their service subscription?

C2C has no intention of deleting any data from its system at this time. We plan to keep all data for as long as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee retention of data without payment and reserve the right to delete any data within our system that does not belong to a paying customer.

Q: Will schools who have lost their subscription agreement retain access to their data?

Accounts may be disabled as early as December 9th for schools that do not have a subscription in place and have not contacted C2C with their intent or request for special terms.

Schools who do not have user accounts will not have any way to access any non-public data held within the C2C system.

If your school decides to continue services after user accounts have been removed from the school, please email megan@c2cschools.com directly for more information on how to continue subscription.

Q: Where can I find a subscription agreement?

Direct subscriptions with C2C are bound by our standard Terms and Conditions.

If special terms are needed, please feel free to contact us by support ticket or email.

Q: Can C2C provide a W-9 for our payables department?

Our W-9 is available for download, here: w9.pdf
